Where are you located?

We are located in Singapore, a little red dot on the world map.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally and all orders will be shipped the next business day when our partner courier company picks up.

What is the estimate costs to ship?

What payment methods do you accept?

For international customers, we currently only accept Paypal.
For local customers (Singapore), we accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer (iBanking), cheque (for large corporate orders).

Warranty / RMA


Warranty period may vary between brands. In general, products have a warranty period of one-years against manufacturer defects.

Warranty Policy

  • Only products that are purchased from us are eligible to file for RMA
  • Warranty is valid internationally
  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by user negligence, inappropriate use, wears and tears, or acts of nature
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping taxes and charges
  • Address to ship back the faulty/returned products will be provided after filing an RMA to [email protected]
  • Faculty/Returned product needs to be in its original box/packaging
  • We reserve the right to assess all warranty claims and to refuse warranty coverage, if any of the above conditions is not met
Limited Mechanical Keyboard Warranty Coverage

The following conditions are not eligible for warranty claim:
  • Faulty keyboard LEDs
  • Squeaking sounds
  • Spilled water/beverage on keyboard
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure
  1. Contact our support via [email protected] to file for RMA
  2. Prepare the product in its original box/packaging, ready to ship to an address given by our customer service officer
  3. Send us a photo of the product package and update us with the shipping tracking number
  4. Once we have assessed the warranty claim, we will update you with the result and ship you a new keyboard
  5. A tracking numbwer will be provided to you
  6. Enjoy the new item! :)
